Returns & Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 10 days upon receipt of your purchase.  if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason within that time, you may return it to us free of charge for a full refund. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our Returns Process

To begin the returns process, you must first email us at; support@gpbackbelt.com within 10 days of receiving your order. If accepted, we will then send you a pre-paid returns label for postage. Once our local dispatch center has received and inspected your returned package, if approved, we will refund the original payment method used for the purchase in full.

Damaged or Defective 

In the case of damaged goods, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective. Please include any pictures of the damaged item. Upon receipt of your correspondence, we will send out a replacement item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

GPBack Belt™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, GPBack Belt will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
