I just placed an order, when will it ship? 🤔

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? 🤔

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, this is why we offer a 10 Day 100% Money Back Guarantee, if you are not completely satisfied with your item. Contact us at: support@gpbackbelt.com within 10 days after delivery to begin the refund process. Please be aware, if 10 days have passed since you have received your order, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund.

Can I cancel my order? 🤔

Yes you are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If you your package is already in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before starting the return process for a refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now? 🤔

If you have misspelled or auto filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm the correct details. We can then update your order to include the correct address within 24 hours and notify you of our doing so. Unfortunately, no refund can be given for an incorrect mailing submission after 24 hours has passed. Please be diligent.
